Ordering
Ordering LUPI ROMANI products can be done via www.lupiromani.com. After placing an order and completing the payment you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is sent to the e-mail address specified during the order. When we have sent your products, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as well. If we can not deliver your order unexpectedly, we will contact you as soon as possible.
All packages that are sent can be followed by yourself with the unique code that we send you by e-mail.
The prices that are listed on www.lupiromani.com are inclusive of legal VAT, but excluding shipping costs (orders over €75 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium).
The products offered on www.lupiromani.com are available from our own stock. When sizes and/ or colors are not in stock, this will be visible. You can e-mail us at any time to ask if and when the products will be available again. LUPI ROMANI does everything possible to keep its stocks as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event that a product is not available, we will contact you and it may be that a part of your order will be canceled. If you have already settled the product, we will refund the payment via the payment method you used earlier. When the latter applies, LUPI ROMANI states this explicitly.
