Returns
LUPI ROMANI offers the possibility to return ordered products within 14 days after delivery date. This is possible when your purchase does not meet your expectations or when it does not fit. Only returns that are unused and packaged in the original shipping packaging are accepted by LUPI ROMANI. You can return the products by using the return form below. Here you have to fill in your details with (possibly) the reason for your return. The fully completed return form can then be added to the package. You can deliver the package to your nearest Parcel Pickupstore. The costs for a return shipment can vary per country and are not reimbursed by LUPI ROMANI.
When LUPI ROMANI has received the return products in the correct condition, LUPI ROMANI will refund the purchase price.
